Bio

Jenae earned scholarships to attend the Longy School of Music, where she completed her Master of Music degree in Violin Performance with an Emphasis in String Pedagogy under the guidance of Professor Mark Lakirovich. She also holds an Undergraduate Diploma in Violin Performance, having studied with Professor Janet Packer. In addition to her conservatory training, Jenae earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Emerson College.

Jenae Starikov's work embodies a profound commitment to artistic excellence and bespoke musical experiences. Jenae is a freelance violinist who performs with the Cape Ann Symphony and various orchestras and chamber ensembles throughout New England. She has had the pleasure of working alongside talented musicians from across the country.

A dedicated teacher, Jenae regularly attends leading pedagogical conferences, including the Starling-DeLay Symposium on Violin Studies at The Juilliard School and the ASTA National Conferences. Her students have competed in concerto competitions and have performed with many of the top youth orchestras in the Greater Boston area
